Travel Tv offers you a journey through the most famous Disney and Pixar animated films through a fun map of the world of cartoons.
How many times cartoon enthusiasts have wondered in which corner of the world have been set the stories of their favorite characters?
If the answer for some animated films is obvious, as in the case of the Hunchback of Notre-Dame (Paris) or Robin Hood (Notthingam), harder is to understand the location where Disney and Pixar have set their stories.
To answer this question the artist Eowyn Smith has recently published a map of the world "Disney" with the setting places of the most important cartoons produced by the company founded by Walt Disney nearly a century ago.
It turns out that to reach Dumbo, the most famous elephant in the history of animation, you'll have to fly in Florida, while swimming in the waters of the Nemo, you'll have to leave for the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
The main Disney locations
The lion's share among the countries used by Disney and Pixar as the setting for their animated films are Britain, France and the USA:
