Tokyo at night: streets and skyscrapers become spectacle

It is an unprecedented Tokyo the one represented by Justin Tierney.

The author of this video in time-lapse chose to film the Japanese capital at night and from bird’s eye view. The result is a unique sight that makes it look like Tokyo to a city designed for machines where everything is artificial: a sum of lights, roads, skyscrapers.

This incredible metropolis created by man is charming and seems out of time and space.

Justin Tierney has made shooting in two trips: the first in May and June of 2014, the second in the same months of 2015. The young American is also the author of the editing and music, composed on the piano in November of 2015.

Tokio is always facinating, but by night is spectacular. Have you visited it? As always I wait for your comments below!
