It may happen that not everything always goes according to plan, for example, it may be necessary to sleep under the stars or get dinner among nature. A piece of further advice, therefore, is to accept the fact that all kinds of unexpected events can arise. This, also because it is important to leave comfortable: just a backpack in which to store the bare minimum. We must not regret leaving something at home, but living the adventure as it presents itself.

You can share food and information, just as you can make friends. After all, if you come across someone on your path, it means that you both have something in common. When you are alone in nature, however, there is nothing better than enjoying the silence.
